All day I dream of Valencia Oranges

I love orange polenta cake. I just love it. Craving the juicy, zesty, sweetness of this dessert I made this gorgeous upside-down cake topped with Valencia orange slices, a botanical basil and cardamom syrup and a polenta and olive oil sponge. It tasted even better than it looks (if you can believe it!)
