Smoked Thyme

Smoked haddock - the delicate smokiness, the tender flakes – it's simply irresistible, especially with a hint of thyme. To complement the fish, I swirled a rich roasted carrot and sweet potato puree, adding a burst of vibrancy to the plate. Steamed broccoli florets bring a fresh, green crunch.
